Age: 200 Million Years Old

Location: Connecticut River Valley, Connecticut

Species: Grallator (Unknown Theropods, possibly Podokesaurus holyokensis)

100% Natural Raised Grallator Track, with no highlights needed! The footprint itself is approximately 5” and the claws are very distinct. This animal likely stood 4-5 feet tall and was a carnivorous Theropod dinosaur.

Recently and legally collected in private property along the Connecticut River Valley. This is the fossil impressions of a Theropod (raptor) that existed some 200 Million Years Ago. The species that made the raised track is relatively unknown to science, however many think it could have very likely been made by Podokesaurus.

The Raised impression was created when new Sediments cover the original impressions and harden within them. On occasion when you split this Jurassic shale, you will get both the original negative impressions as well as these Raised casts.
